Beyond the core concept, the project focused on building a complete brand experience from strategy to execution. We developed the visual language of Where Are You From? by creating a recognizable identity system that could adapt across multiple platforms and physical touchpoints. Our work included logo development, character design, packaging design, merchandise, promotional materials, and environmental brand elements.

Each element was carefully designed to strengthen the connection between the brand and its audience. From collectible country-inspired coffee cups to interactive packaging and community-focused messaging, we created a system where every detail supports the idea of cultural discovery and conversation. The result is a flexible and memorable identity that transforms a coffee shop into a global meeting point.
